'Iceland is an European Island country that lays on North Atlantic Ocean on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. The capital & largest city in Iceland is Reykjavik with the surronding areas in the southwestern region. Iceland is known to be volcanically and geologically active.

White- simbolizes glacier,peace and honest

Red- symbolizes fire in the valcanoes and hardiness, bravery,strength and valour.

Blue- symbolizes sea and vigilance, truth and loyalty, perseverance and justice.

Traditions Families are strong, large and depend on eachother because of the small country. When meeting people the tradition of the people is to ask "Who are your people?". Children are raised to be involved such as sports, music and having thier own hobbies. They live at home till the ages 20-25, and its popular to send their children ages 8-16 to a farm were its own by a relative.

Language most use is Icelandic but students from age 10-16 are taught Danish and from 11-16 English. Those students who continue school after 16 years old they receive more attention on both or on a certain one.
